Fitness absolutely changed my life, and I want to help you use it to change yours! I have over a decade of strength training experience after being a former runner & cardio queen. I started Crossfit three years ago and am in love with how performance oriented it is. I am committed to helping clients find what works for them and using individualized approaches for every client, because everyone is different! I'm also very goal oriented and like for my clients to be working towards specific goals. In my mind, fitness should be sustainable, fun, and give you more energy to do the things you love! I always start new clients with an intake session and goals discussion and then from there I design a program to fit the individual that will help them achieve their goals in the shortest time possible. Because life is busy and health doesn't have to be complicated!
