I have been an athlete all of my life. I played ice hockey for 18 years and currently enjoy tennis, swimming, and cycling. I also enjoy photography, cooking, and the drums. I'm a very personable personal trainer. My clients work hard, see results, and have a great time in the process. I became a trainer because I enjoy helping others reach goals they never thought they could. He's very thoughtful about my needs as a client; he custom designed our workouts to focus on power first and now on endurance.
