I am an active 29-year-old trainer living in midtown Manhattan and working in sports. I became a personal trainer to help people succeed with their fitness goals. My passion for fitness and health has inspired me to push and motivate others to accomplish their goals. I played soccer in college and continue to play for a women's team in NYC. I am a certified yoga instructor, spinning instructor and avid runner, and I enjoy all forms of exercise, squash, and snowboarding.
I am excited to be your personal trainer as well as nutrition and wellness coach if requested. I promise to customize a program that fits your lifestyle and allows you to reach your goals. Whether you're interested in losing weight, toning, getting in shape for a race, or maintaining overall health throughout the upcoming holidays, look no further!
Personally, I eat paleo, I battle Hashimotos (auto-immune Hypothyroidism), and I am a HUGE proponent of Bulletproof coffee. I am passionate about educating myself on all styles of nutritional lifestyles and I would love to work with you to find a plan that caters to your needs and best energizes your body.
I hold a personal training certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as certifications in Spinning, CPR and First Aid as well as AED through the Red Cross.
