I came upon my career as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor after surviving cancer and rehabilitating myself back to health and strength.
I have trained clients ranging from athletic to chronically ill.Whether in group exercise or in personal training, my goal is to help you develop into a healthier, happier you. I train with a focus on functional fitness for better flexibility, strength, endurance and agility. Training sessions are progressive in style.
