About Nick

Nick has worked with over 25 individual clients and is currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for White Plains High School in Westchester County.

With his background in sports, Nick creates dynamic training programs to keep clients engaged and active in all areas of their lives. His method focuses on motivation and behavior change, and he empowers his clients with valuable fitness education so that they can learn to build a sustainable and repeatable healthy lifestyle of their own.

Nick has been an ACSM nationally certified personal trainer for four years. He started his training career at Tufts University where he captained the baseball team and learned the fundamentals of strength and conditioning.

While at Tufts, Nick trained and studied under the strength and conditioning staff before obtaining his certification in 2012.
