I am NASM certified. I work out of Brooklyn & Manhattan NY. My training philosophy is "Don't chase results. Chase the discipline and results will follow". Whatever your current fitness level I'm here to help you reach greater depths. Having been a fitness enthusiast most of my life, I know how challenging it can be to have a fitness goal that seems unattainable or thwarted by life's priorities. I work to help you keep that fitness goal near the top of the priority list. You will feel challenged but encouraged.
My craft is dedicated to helping you achieve greater levels of fitness, athleticism, and build habits that will produce a stronger and healthier physique and lifestyle. I'm proficient in numerous training modalities that include Kettlebell certifications, TRX Suspension Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coaching and more. My experience has been working with athletes (across multiple sports), marathoners/distance runners, and weight loss/weight gain clients. My specialty lies in developing healthy nutritional habits for weight loss or other body composition changes, improving athletic ability and enhancing sports performance.

I started working with Olin around 18 months ago and it has been a great experience! My work schedule is insane, so Olin was able to come up with a flexible plan that incorporated my crazy hours, and then pushed me to hit all of my fitness goals.
