I conduct live streaming one on one personal training sessions via video chat with clients from around the globe, taking them through personalized workout programs.
Additionally, I create and edit videos of specific workouts and nutrition lessons to send my clients for days that they are not training live with me. I provide further fitness and nutrition counseling for each client depending on their various goals and needs.
