This quote from Nido Qubein perfectly describes my training philosophy. Wherever we begin is just the benchmark but will NOT determine where I can take you as long as you are willing to put in the effort. My background and initial training style was body-weight functional/applied strength training. I believe all strength programs should have roots in calisthenics and learning how to control move and manipulate your own body.


Beyond that I am familiar with all types of strength training, Boxing, Muscle Gain, Weight Loss methods and much more. I commit 100% to all my clients as long as I get the same and genuinely enjoy getting individuals to their fitness goals.


Bottom line is, I get results.

I just wanted to write and say that training with Peter definitely changed my life. When I came to him I had always wanted to lose weight but never had the knowledge or the drive to follow through and actually lose the weight. After meeting with him for my assessment, he gave me the confidence that if I just believed in him and made the commitment to doing exactly what he told me to do I might actually be able to lose the weight. So I began training with him and immediately wanted to quit after the first session. I had never felt like that in my life. Never been so sore, never been so tired and never wanted to get home so badly but he was very encouraging the entire time while also taking no nonsense and not allowing me to say I didn’t want to finish. After a couple of weeks I was seeing progress I was losing weight I was getting stronger and I was adapting to the exercises to the point that I wasn’t completely dead after working out with him. He began to modify the exercises and ratchet up the difficulty as I became better and the results kept coming. All in all I was able to lose about 30lbs working with him and I plan to continue working until my looks just like his or at least like the picture I have in my head of myself.

I started working with Peter earlier this year and I didn't have the best self image. I wasn't overweight but I didn't like the way I looked and I wanted to lose a couple of pounds. Over the next four months I worked with Peter and I was able to tone my arms, legs, and core while losing the weight I wanted. I started working with Peter a couple of months back and I just wanted to get stronger. I had no real goals besides that. I saw him working out and told him I want to be able to do what you can do. So when we finally met up to do my assessment I didn’t have much to say besides I want to get stronger. He sat with me and we created some real goals that I could shoot for in the first round of training. Before him I couldn’t do any pull-ups, I could barely do 10 push-ups and I didn’t even know what a dip was. After working with him for just a month and a half I was able to do 1 set of 10 pull-ups 10 dips and 15 push- ups. I know this may not sound like a lot to most people but for me that was HUGE. I just want to say thank you to him for helping me get stronger and I want to get the muscle up next!
