I have been an athlete all of my life and started working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer in 1999. I started rehabbing my own injuries from playing organized football by doing Pilates and was fascinated by its benefits. I received my certification as a Pilates instructor in 2007 and further advanced my education in physiology by studying and getting certified as a rehabilitation specialist.
Coming from a background as football player and active boxing/kickboxing training, I offer great knowledge and experience of exercise program design. I work with all types of clients from athletes to seniors. I have specific expertise in weight loss, sports-specific training, injury prevention and post-surgery rehabilitation. My mission is not to only make you look your best, but more importantly, improve your overall health and well being.
