Due to my profession as a dentist, I often experience very painful back issues. Through strengthening and stretching exercises, Randi was able to help me alleviate the pain to the point where I actually stopped seeing my Physical Therapist. Flexing my triceps for effect is also a little more impressive!
Let the before and after pictures tell all! I dropped from a size 12 to a size 6 and now we are working on toning my muscles through boot camp, Pilates, and weight training. When I miss too many workouts with Randi, I start to feel irritable and sluggish but when I'm consistent in my training, I feel strong and energetic.
