About Raven

I am a professional dancer turned personal trainer and group fitness instructor. As a dancer, I was always injured because I didn’t understand the importance of cross training. I began working out and realized I had so much to learn. After years of working on my own and learning all I could about fitness, I became a certified personal trainer. I love that I can now marry my love of movement with my love coaching and teaching others!
