I am a US Navy Veteran and lifelong athlete with a strong passion for helping others. I aim to empower, educate, motivate and assist my clients towards reaching their goals because I firmly believe that everyone should be seeing the results of the hard work they put in. If you’re not seeing results, there’s something wrong with that and that’s where I come in! I am an avid learner, constantly striving to be a better version of myself both personally and professionally. I love to share books and articles with my clients, I’ve got one for most any circumstance! My approach is to first assess and identify where my client may have some movement restrictions, address those with the proper corrective exercises to bring the body back to balance and help ward off those annoying bodily aches and pains. Nutrition is often times a client’s biggest hurdle so as a certified Weight Loss Specialist, we will take a look at what foods are most hurting you, diminishing their impact while making small, daily improvements in replacing them with the right ones. I am a huge advocate for strength training. I consider it to be the most effective way to lose OR gain weight, improve one’s quality of life, and look better while at it!
