Welcome! My passion for leading a healthy lifestyle and encouraging others to do the same comes from the loss of my father to colon cancer when I was 7. I learned the value of treasuring what we have and the importance of our health through movement, nutrition, stress maintenance, and more. I would love to share my passion and knowledge with you also!
I've been a NYC based Fitness Professional since I started teaching group fitness classes in 2011. I love inspiring others to lead healthy lifestyles, empowering my clients to feel their best, and helping my clients reach their health and fitness goals. I believe that all bodies are great bodies deserving of love and to move and feel their best. Whether through 1 on 1 personal training, small group personal training, or my group fitness classes, I provide a safe, fun, challenging, supportive, and effective workout for all levels.
