About Sarah

Hey my name is Sarah! I am a teacher and a trainer! I love helping others, especially helping them prioritize their health and fitness while having a busy schedule! I became a trainer because I have a fitness journey and have had ups and downs. I realized that I could help others who also struggled like me!

My favorite client story

My favorite client story is when she would have a negative mindset about what I was instructing her to do but she was able to change that way of thinking! She was always saying ugh I want to eat this or ugh I don't want to workout, but she would always tell me that in those moments, when I wasn't there, she could "hear me" saying the positive things, and "hear me" say an alternative! This shows how much she was able to grow from us working together that she could eventually get herself in the right mindset to guide herself on those things!

My training philosophy

I train because I know the struggle. I have experienced times in my life where I was not happy with myself, as well as times where I did not prioritize my health! My coaching style varies. I like to learn about what clients enjoy and incorporate that! While working with you, I want you to not only meet your goals physically, but mentally as well. We tend to forget that meeting body goals starts with where our mindsets are!

My training experience

The first year or so of my training experience was virtual, at home, and outside! Now at NYSC I have the facility to match my energy!
