Fitness has always been a part of my life. From struggling through childhood obesity, playing high school , collegiate and recreational sports I've always been active. I became captain of my Track and basketball teams and have always been looked upon as a leader. Motivating my team through grueling workouts and always showing up as the example. I became obsessed with performance based training from a young age and was even given the opportunity to lead and instruct workouts to my team. This inspired me to become a fitness professional and motivate the athletes all over. " If you have a body , then your an athlete " . Ultimately my goal is to achieve the goals of every individual i encounter and promote a more functional and healthy lifestyle.
