About Stephen

I had my own health improvement, fitness, and weight loss journey and worked with many personal trainers over the years. The progress, confidence, and joy these fitness professionals brought to me through weight loss, increased strength, movement, and just feeling comfortable in my skin motivated me to want to bring this experience to others. I will be your steadfast partner in your fitness goals--gentle but persistent. I work well with special populations that aren't traditional gym goers or fitness enthusiasts as well as people who have been working out for years. Consistency is number one, and I will be an advocate for the schedules we set so that you can keep your promises to yourself. Results are the consequence of consistency, and I will help you measure, judge, and assess them. We truly can make fitness attainable, manageable, and enjoyable for anyone at any level.

I learned so much about working out from Steve. He gently pushed me to do a little bit more and taught me the importance of doing the full range of motion on an exercise, cadence and proper form.
