Steve has been training me since late February. I will like to start off with how professional and knowledgeable he is about fitness. Steve is an awesome trainer. He listens to what your needs are and taylors a workout plan that addresses those needs. He works with you according to your availability, allowing you to cancel a session if needed. He pushes and encourages you when a session is tough, which produces amazing results. I've had 6 sessions so far and have reached the goal I have set for myself.
