Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. As a dancer and competitive swimmer for most of my young adulthood, there has rarely been a moment where I haven't been active. I attended The Boston Conservatory where I honed my skills and my extensive knowledge of the physical body and I'm now living and working in NYC as an actor, dancer and personal trainer. I love personal training. My approach is deeply rooted in technique and a mindful desire for self care. As far as my style, I have expertise in weight loss, strength training and functional movement. Mobility exercises and improving functional strength are key pillars to my approach. As far as personality, I tend to cater my style to my clients. Everyone needs something different. I can definitely be tough if need be, but for the most part I tend to approach from a place of positivity and encouragement. I'm also a big teacher so if you want to know why we are doing what we are doing, I'll be happy to tell you! Its important to me that my clients not only get a good workout in, but they also feel empowered and capable of doing it on their own.
