Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. As a dancer and competitive swimmer for most of my young adulthood, there has rarely been a moment where I haven't been active. I attended The Boston Conservatory where I honed my skills and my extensive knowledge of the physical body and I'm now living and working in NYC as an actor, dancer and personal trainer. I love personal training. My approach is deeply rooted in good technique and a mindful desire for self care. As far as my style, I have expertise in weight loss, strength building/training, and flexibility/functional range work. Mobility exercises and improving core strength are key pillars to my initial approach. Train the right way, not the wrong way! During our first session, we will analyze your movement patterns and come up with a plan to get you to YOUR personal goals. I truly believe that exercise can change lives, inside and outside of the gym. It has certainly changed mine. As far as personality, I'm very good a catering to my client's needs. Everyone needs something different! I can be tough if need be, but even when I'm tough, I approach from a place of positivity and encouragement. I also love teaching and empowering my clients with knowledge. It's important to me that you not only get a good workout in, but that you also feel capable of doing it on your own. Nervous?
