About Susana

Hi!


I’m Susana, Personal Trainer/Nutritionist/Stretch Therapist since 2006. I hold multiple certifications from ISSA in Exercise Therapy, Sports Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, Prescriptive Stretching & Kettlebell Training.  My training style is fun yet challenging, so you’ll have a good time while improving your health and body.  


I put 100% into each of my clients, focusing on their unique goals. I listen to why my client wants to train, then write a specific program based on that client’s needs, goals, limitations and fitness evaluation. 


I am extremely experienced, patient, friendly, focused, and results-driven. I have trained athletes, models, CEO’s, brain surgeons, senior citizens, children, people with special needs, people recovering post-injury, pre/post natal, brides to be, couples ...you name it, I most likely have experience with it.
