I’ve been working with Tarik for almost ten years. My strength has and continues improved significantly. Tarik is very knowledgeable on most forms and varieties of exercises, pays attention and is keen on detail and form. Importantly, Tarik is extremely careful about form and safety. I have never been injured though any of our workouts. On the other hand, I have injured myself twice through activities separate from Tarik and he has helped me through recovery each time. He would visit and communicate with my physical therapist; and would add treatment into our workouts.
I've trained with Tarik off and on for 12 years. Over the last 2 years, I've trained with him 1 to 2 times a week and have seen excellent results. I've lost 15 pounds (I started at 220 and now weigh 205) while gaining 10 pounds of muscle. My body fat has dropped from 28% to 15% and have seen excellent strength and conditioning gains. Here are some of the things that I think make him an excellent trainer: • He's just a great guy. He's got integrity and he's fun to train with • Extremely knowledgeable. He's got an amazing depth of knowledge on the human body and physiology. He can always answer any question I have. • A stickler for technique. He will not let you do an exercise with out the proper form and he will work with you until you get it right. * Excellent at working around injuries to maintain consistency and continue making gains. Tarik is an excellent trainer who can get you the results you want if you're willing to put in the work. I recommend him without reservation.
I've worked with Tarik for almost nine years. He has a deep knowledge of and focus on both conventional and unconventional exercises that balance strength, fitness, and overall well-being. As a devoted runner with a past history of joint injuries, I credit Tarik with keeping me strong and healthy through all of these years.
Ive been working with Tarik for over 10 years, and through several big life events - engagement, wedding and 2 pregnancies. In my 20's I was most focused on building muscle tone without looking too bulky, and Tarik got me into the best shape of my life for my wedding when I was 30 years old. After taking a few years off in my early 30's while I was having kids, I reached out to Tarik afterwards to pick things up and get me back into shape, which was no easy task after back to back pregnancies. We just passed the 1 year point after picking up our training again, and at 36 years old, I am NOW in the best shape of my life. In the past year, I lost 15lbs and more impressively 5% body fat. Given the limited time I have these days to work out with 2 little kids and a full time job, I depend on my sessions with Tarik to be intense and efficient, which they always are. No two workouts are ever the same - he is creative, flexible, motivating, and really easy to work with. I owe Tarik a tremendous amount of gratitude for getting me back into shape and restoring my confidence and I hope we will be working together for many years to come!
Hi I found Tarik to be highly professional, dedicated and full of great ideas to make our weekly workouts fun and interesting. He was always on hand to push me to achieve my goals. The workouts varied, and my strength and endurance levels got better with each passing week. I highly recommend Tarik, and would be more than happy to work with him again when I’m back in the US.

I was really happy with my Find Your Trainer experience. Tarik was amazing, we talked body fat index, had an amazing workout and he ended with a discussion on nutrition all in all a superb experience.
Really enjoyed my sessions with Tarik and would highly recommend. He's knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and great to work with. He was able to work around my schedule, and we worked together to set up achievable, practical goals. Tarik helped not only with the physical aspects of what I wanted to achieve with our sessions, but the nutritional aspects as well and how the two correlate together.
