I've been there myself and without having a personla trainer/coach, I'd never be able to reach my goals. 


That's how I found my mission to help others, because I saw first hand how having a coach transformed my life and my body. 


It all goes back to how we feel in our bodies. We want to feel comfortable, strong, and free to do what is most important in our lives.


My method is simple, I find imbalances in the body and use my skills in personal training, nutrition, and psychology to bring the balance back.


Everyone is different is what they require to get into their groove, so I pride myself in developing programs based specifically on my client's concerns and needs. 


Together we find what is most important to you and work to reach those goals. What you leave with are vital skills of taking care of your body for a lifetime.


My insatiable passion for health and wellness started with a personal struggle. In my early years I had disordered eating, had trouble losing weight, and was very confused about what to eat and how to exercise. I was fixated on calorie counting and intense cardio workouts, but I felt like I was always stuck in some dieting cycle.


I knew there had to be a better way to live, without the constant worry and preoccupation with my weight and not enjoying exercise . I wanted to thrive in my body and feel free.


After many years of trial and error, studying the latest research in nutrition and working with athletes as my coaches, I began to develop my own method of fitness and nutrition.


And I am so happy to share my exprtise wuth you and make your life a happier one!


My favorite client story

My fitness and nutrition client for many years said to me one day that I brought zest back into her life. She felt more alive and empowered to make her life better. Seeing the smile on her face and the new confidence that she felt was the biggest reward to me.

My favorite exercise

I love deadlifts. It's amazing how much you can train with that a deadlift done properly. The trick is most people really need to be taught how to do it correctly, otherwise you can really get injured.

My training philosophy

I check for imbalances in the body. I look for weaknesses in the back and core, which hold up the body and make it strong. Preventing injuries is key. Every exercise has to be done correctly using the right muscle groups, otherwise you won't feel or see the benefits, even if you're been doing it for years. You can also cause a lot of damage by doing something over and over incorrectly with added weight. So my job is to make your workouts effective and safe.

My training experience

Over the years I have trained with professional athletes and crossfitters. Before that I learned pilates and yoga. I also worked in Equinox as a personal trainer. I take the best out of all these experiences and create a truly personal workout for my client.
