I've been a professional fitness coach for 5 years. I've worked in homes, gyms, and parks all over Manhattan & Brooklyn. I have worked with an extensive range of clients from older to younger with special needs and all levels of fitness. I focus on long term health and building habits that fit client's goals. I believe that success is achieved when meeting a client's personal needs/goals with the principals of health & fitness that I have learned throughout my career. Fitness training should be a fun and challenging practice that improves one's quality of living throughout the rest of their lives.
