I have been a certified personal trainer in Manhattan for 12 years. I spent the first 8 years developing my craft at Equinox. For the last 4 years I have been self employed working independently out of clients’ homes as well as at different gyms. As a father of 3 in my early 40s I am geared towards helping working dads and moms with busy schedules who place a high priority on health and fitness. I have experience in weightlifting, functional training, kettlebells, bodyweight and TRX training methods. I am certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, am CPR certified and have liability insurance. I have a deep passion to help people improve their lives through fitness and movement, nutrition and stress management.
