About Zack

I am a NASM certified personal trainer and extremely passionate about fitness, strength training, and helping others reach their exercise and body weight goals. I used exercise to completely transform my body and my life, and I help others do the same. I struggled with obesity, addiction, depression and anxiety for most of my life. Five years ago, I decided to make significant changes. I altered my lifestyle drastically by adding daily exercise and improving my eating habits. A few years into my transformation, I decided that I wanted to help others use exercise and nutrition to transform their bodies and their entire life like I did.

I help clients get the body they've always dreamed of in a very motivating and supportive way. Drawing from my own experience, I help people lose fat, build muscle, increase strength, and learn how to lift weights with proper form. I also specialize in helping people correct imbalances and improve their posture. I have experience in helping both myself and others overcome back pain, scoliosis, and knee injuries. I continually educate myself in the fitness field, making a point to study with the best trainers and pass on that information to clients.

I am extremely down-to-earth, motivating, and supportive. I ensure every client feels comfortable and leaves every session in a better mood than when they started. In addition to delivering physical results, I help people use exercise to improve their mood, relieve anxiety and depression, and feel better from the inside out.

When I am at the gym, I am in my element. I love exercise and I love helping others, and I truly believe that the combination of those two skills has made me an all around better person. I hope to continue giving back what was given to me, helping people get results and improve their entire lives through fitness.
