A little over 3 years ago I moved to San Diego from Kentucky to pursue a career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer. I have a weight loss background and a passion for helping others reach their goals while also helping them become more functional in all areas of life. I am firm believer in mind and body, in order to make any kind of transformation, you have to be in the right place mentally. You have to be able to tell yourself you can do it and push through those times you may feel like giving up!
I have a background in Elementary Education but after being on my own health and fitness journey, I decided I wanted to help others achieve fitness and health goals! I want to educate others on what it looks like to consistently live a healthy lifestyle. I have a holistic approach when it comes to health and fitness and want to provide a toolbox of tools instead of just offer up a quick fix.

Angela is such a great personal trainer. Her knowledge of muscle groups, and physical exercises blew my mind. Not only did she create great programing that gave great results, but she is so kind and personable. Angela is on your team in your fitness and life goals!
I cannot speak highly enough of Angela! My sister and I participated in partner online training with Angela over several weeks. She truly created workout plans that were tailored to our desires and fit our needs. Angela is very knowledgeable about which exercise worked each particular muscle group, which I appreciated. She carefully modeled each exercise and gave me immediate feedback if I was needed to switch my movement in order to do the exercise correctly. I am grateful for the knowledge and tools that Angela taught me during personal training. I would definitely recommend her!!
I have worked with a good handful of trainers, but I have to say Angela has been such a breath of fresh air. Positive, encouraging, and knowledgable. Love the background in PT. Really makes it feel like I am having a wholistic, health transformation experience. I am especially thankful for her spiritual insight!

I just moved to San Diego (in the middle of a pandemic) and found myself unmotivated and in a slump. I haven't had the best eating habits or a consistent work-out routine in so long. I found Angela on this site and what stuck out to me the most is that she liked working with women specifically. We met once a week for 8 weeks and each time not only did I get a great workout, but it was almost like a mini therapy session as well. She helped me set small goals for each week and helpful tools for healthy eating and better habits. These sessions are just what I needed to get my life back on track again. Thank you Angela!
Angela is a fantastic personal trainer. I began this process as someone who did not enjoying working out. Through conversations, goal setting, completing a variety of different workouts, and a gradual increase in types of exercises and weights used, I was able to develop solid routines and a more positive mindset towards working out. Angela also provided resources on nutrition. This has been helpful for me to examine what I eat regularly, and how to successfully work on building balanced and healthy meals each day.
