My name is Chelsea; my background is in group fitness - I love working out and sweating with a good group of people. Few things compare to a room full of passion, joy, and hard work! My group ex background paved the way for me to help people on an individual level. I earned two different nutrition coaching certifications to better help individuals reach their health and wellness goals. I believe it's far more effective and successful to blend nutrition and fitness together - they support each other and neither have to be stressful and constrictive. In fact - some of the most fun I've had has been sweating it out with others! And I LOVE food! I mean food food; not juice cleanses, or detox teas, or weird meal kits. As your nutrition coach, I would encourage you to eat and enjoy real food. As your fitness coach, I would help you feel accomplished and confident in your workouts. Personally, I partake in all kinds of exercise - strength, cardio, stability, flexibility - so I can definitely help you find a groove that works for you!

Most of my experience has been with people between 18-40 years old.
Fun Facts: I have a blackbelt in karate and have recently taken up Muay Thai; I grew up watching my mom teach group fitness and without cell service.

I love seeing participants evolve in their training. Seeing them perform an exercise the first time versus the 50th time is always a great improvement!

My training experience
I started teaching group classes in 2016 while in college for architecture. Since then, I've built up my skillset to include health and nutrition coaching too. I think it's always better to train with a buddy, especially when starting out, which is why I enjoy working with small groups - more fun all around!

I took a virtual training class with Chelsea a few months ago and I sweat more than I have in my entire life while working out. She was very motivating and just when I wanted to stop, she pushed me to go further. I highly recommend taking one of her classes! If you need a kickstart or want something new, you gotta try Chelsea’s classes!!
I’ve taken many martial-arts-inspired classes from Chelsea and she makes it so fun that you do not realize you’re working out. Chelsea is motivating, professional, and you can tell she loves what she does. She goes above and beyond what other instructors would do to give her clients an experience they won’t forget (e.g. decorating for themed classes). She’s always on time (both punctually and rhythmically) and always brings the energy. She is a fantastic trainer.
