With my knowledge and years of experience in the field and passion about what I do, I motivate you to achieve your goals. I will teach you how you can loose weight, get fit and eat well. You will also learn how to maintain this life plan.
I evaluate each client independently and depending on their goals will I create a program of weight training or functional training that best suits their needs and goals. The fitness industry is ever changing and as a trainer I stay up to date on all that's new and result oriented.
