Today was my first time meeting Jaclyn. I attended her yoga session with a friend and it was amazing! She made sure that all of us were benefiting from each pose and her teaching pace was perfect. She helped us with some of the poses so that we could do them correctly to get the most out of each of them. She challenged us, but offered support & motivation. I'm a pretty flexible person so it's difficult to get a good stretch sometimes, but with Jaclyn's help, I had one of the best stretches ever! It was relaxing, comfortable, and an AWESOME experience. I look forward to her next session in Dallas! Thank you, Jaclyn!
