My favorite client story

I have many to choose from, it is a very difficult subject. My super star right now is J. Encarnacion, who has lost 80 pounds in under a year. When he first walked in, he could barely manage push ups, not to mention burpees! Now he knocks out 15 plus burpees unbroken! His athleticism has shot through the roof!

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the deadlift because it is the single most functional movement one can do. In life, a person will always find themselves having to pick something up from the ground! This exercise does wonders for aesthetic appearance, functional movement, hip power, leg strength, core power, and so much more! It is the KING OF ALL MASS GAINERS and is absolutely vital in anyone's workout regime.
