No two sessions are alike. The sessions will vary based on the clients goals. However, the sessions will be a combination of weight training and high intensity interval training.
When training, I believe in teaching my clients the purpose of the various exercises. Doing this will enhance their understanding and keep them motivated with training.
My favorite client story
Here's one of my favorite testimonials:" I started training with Eric about 6 months ago and walked in with the attitude of hating the gym, not knowing where to start or even if my goals were attainable. I'll say that within the first month of personal training, my whole attitude turned around and my view on working out and dreading the gym changed completely. One of the great benefits of the personal training for me was that I had a leader to show me the way and to really think for me when it came to mapping out each session. Eric works with you and not only helps you work towards and achieving your initial goals, but adapts to the new ones you make for yourself as you progress. The training is so dynamic as well as interesting. I feel like I am always doing a circuit or routine that I've never done before and it takes the tediousness out of your workout. The results have been incredible physically, mentally, and even changed my diet to be much healthier than it had been. The only draw back would be that you have to prepare to buy all new clothes because the ones you have now will fall off you 3 months from your start date! Thanks Eric!!"
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is the squat. A squat is an everyday activity. For example, sitting down in a chair, getting into a car, picking up a baby, etc. Building up the legs, helps build a strong foundation for the body which in turn allows us to live a pain free life.

My training philosophy
Now two days are alike. In order for the body to improve and show any change, muscle confusion is a must. With muscle confusion, all of my clients see positive changes to their body.
