I’m all about results.
With results comes the implementation of a strategic training program, mirroring of proper nutritional habits and the adoption of mindset that surfaces around a consistent work ethic and a never-ending strive towards improvement.
To change your body, you must (varies based on your goal):
1. Do cardio training 3-4x per week.
2. Follow an effective strength training program.
3. Stay in a caloric deficit.
4. Stick with lean sources of protein, fruits and veggies.
5. Give your body enough time rebuild (7-8 hours of sleep).
There is no magic formula. Increasing training frequency, intensity level, fueling your body with proper nutrition and getting an ample amount of rest is what will lead you to the ideal body-composition you desire.
As a former personal trainer of Lifetime Athletic (NY), D1 collegiate athlete & 4-year professional basketball player my life has always surfaced around maintaining a high level of fitness adopting proper nutritional habits and the ability to duplicate this way of being into the lives of others.
The truth is, I love working out, good wine and tacos. However, my true passion surfaces around seeing the growth in others when dedication, effort, consistency & work ethic is tied into the picture. I want to go through this journey with you. My goal is to not only guide you through this but be there right by your side; every step of the way. It will not be an easy walk, but with my strategic planning, guidance, support and motivation we will get through this together.
