About Zach

Zach grew up in Carrollton, Texas which is just north of Dallas. Fitness and exercise has always been a big part of his life. It started at an early age with athletics. Primarily Zach played Football, Baseball, and Boxing growing up. Zach eventually attended Texas State University, where he played football and majored in Exercise Science. After college football, Zach dove head first in to Strongman competitions and power lifting. Zach competed in Strongman for about 5 years until retiring due to injuries. At that time Zach weighed 340 pounds, and over the next 18 months proceeded to lose 120 pounds. He has been able to keep that weight off successfully for 4 years. These days Zach enjoying spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, and watching/playing sports.

For the past 6 years, Zach has been truly loving training clients 1-on-1. It combines two of his biggest passions of helping people and fitness. He has trained himself in many different disciplines of working out, and ultimately believes in a well balanced approach. Zach holds certifications in Kettlebells, TRX, and USA Power Lifting. Zach’s ultimate goal is to help his clients achieve their goals, whatever they may be, with an educated, realistic, and sustainable program and coaching!!!
