My specialties are in weight training (e.g. free-weights, machines, bands, powerlifting, and calisthenics) and weight-loss, but I also have plenty of experience coaching endurance, HIIT, and circuit training. I've trained all ages from 13 - 82 years old.
I got into personal training because I'm passionate about fitness and helping others live happier, healthier lives. I love seeing progress in my clients as they come to me with various obstacles standing between them and their goals, and together we work through each one.
