About Irene

Circuit training with heavy weights is my style. You'll be training opposing muscles. While one rests the other gets ripped. Meanwhile you're sweating throughout the hour, you never stop moving and the time passes at hyper speed. I have personally lost over 100lbs -of fat- this way and kept it off for YEARS, while eating LOTS of REAL food. I come from an extremely unhealthy family -both physically & mentally- I want to help people. The weight will come off with the work . The weight will STAY OFF with the mental transformation.

Seriously though! I thought we'd just begun, then Irene tells me there's only 10 minutes left and we're going to stretch. That was incredible. I'm not a huge fan of exercising so that really was incredible. That I barely felt it and I got all the benefits. I felt it the next day though! But Irene was so caring. She checked up on me the next day and gave me a bunch of easy -PAINFUL- stretches and even a secret on how to make it less painful. No one has ever told me to do them like that before and I don't want to give away her secret. She really is great though! Like a girlfriend who fills you with endorphins lol

Mine and my husband's father both passed two years ago and we gained a ton of weight mourning.
