VerifiedAbout Jacklyn
The biggest hurdle that we will face in our fitness journey is the mental one. I am an advocate for realistic and attainable fitness goals and overall well being, and I constantly share this with my clients. We will hit and surpass all of your physical challenges there’s no doubt about that, but the behavior changes are the key. The behavior changes are challenging, but not impossible. Transforming the way you view yourself and accepting the ups and downs of getting to your goals will make the process more enjoyable.
The client/trainer relationship is an intimate one and I honor that. I am committed to each of my clients and their evolving fitness/wellness goals. I customize each program for where you are at physically and mentally. We can have a more gentle, focused program one session and an all out high intensity training program the next. This is your time to feel your best, most accomplished self and I am there to help guide you. Let's make goals and knock them out!
My favorite exercise
I take a cycling class that focuses on keeping pace with the music. I get to push myself but also zone out in the music. I always leave feeling like I worked hard and burned off some stress through great music.
My favorite quote
Workout because you love your body not because you hate it.
My training philosophy
Not every session will be the same because not every day will be there same. Accepting where you are in the moment and creating a connection with your body in order to challenge yourself to feel like the best version of you is how we will get you the best results.
My training experience
I have been working with clients for 6 years now. I have worked with athletes, people that work out 6 days a week, pregnant women, new moms, people that have not been in a gym in ages or who have never been in a gym, cancer fighters & survivors. I also teach athletic training style classes at a boutique gym.
