"Workout because you love your body not because you hate it." This quote sums up a lot for me personally and professionally. I think that the biggest hurdle that we will face in our fitness journey is the mental one. I am an advocate for realistic and attainable fitness goals and overall well being, and I constantly share this with my clients.

I am committed to each of my clients and their evolving fitness/well being goals. We can have a more gentle, focused program one day and then an all out high intensity training program the next.
