I utilize TRX , suspension training as one of my tools, this a great at home or anywhere workout that can be tailored to any fitness level and goal, I also provide Meal plans, clean eating meals that can make a world of difference. The formula to a healthy and enduring lifestyle in 80% good nutrition and 20% exercise.


I love the TRX, suspension training. I incorporate it in my own training and clients respond very well to it as well. It is great for all fitness levels, and it is extremely versatile, with a variation of 400 exercises!
