I have been training for 14 years now and that motivated me to want to help people achieve their fitness goals. I went to school to further educate myself so I can better help and educate and touch many people lives. As time went on, I realize that if I am going to help people I need to broaden my horizons so I became a Massage Therapist and a Health Coach. I am very informative and I love to explain to people what I am doing in a session and why I am doing it so my clients can learn about their bodies. I like to teach because my goal as a trainer is to people help themselves so eventually the will no longer need my and they will feel very confident about themselves in all aspects of life. I am not a drill Sargent. I am compassionate and sympathetic to my clients needs. Before we start we will be doing a series of test so I can better assess the situation so I would be able to come up with an individualized plan to appropriately fit my client’s needs.
