About Rachel
My Passion is to help you feel amazing in your own skin. I've had my fair share of ups and downs when it comes to balance and moderation with fitness and nutrition, which has shaped my holistic approach. Fitness should be fun, but more importantly, fitness should be functional. If something doesn't feel good, why do it? If something doesn't make you feel better on a daily basis, why do it?
Exercise is all about making sure you have a stable foundation to carry out every day activities in an extraordinary way. Once we have a solid foundation and nail our movement patterns, then we get to focus on the fun stuff - athletic performance and reaching your goals! Whether you have a specific athletic goal in mind or you're looking to improve your overall health and fitness, we can achieve it together with hard work and accountability.
So you want to run your first 5K? Lose a few pounds? Master your first pull-up? Let's do it!
