I approach fitness through a holistic methodology with a focus on injury prevention, which is a top reason I love TRX. I am currently an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2007 and an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor since 2013. I also have a specialty certification in Fitness Nutrition (2020) and am working on my Health Coach certification. I am passionate about yoga and have been a Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (200-RYT) since 2013 and a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) since 2016.
