I teach Vinyasa and Hatha for for all skill levels, from beginnersto advanced.


 


I have more than 3 years teaching experienceand am able to teach yoga in English and Chinese. 


 


I believe I am patient and passionate with advanced training in yoga and professionally trained in Ashtanga and Iyengar principles. 


 


I am respectful and kind to students. I like to help students practice yoga in a physically safe way, whilst teaching them the philosophical fundamentals of yoga.
