I am a experienced trainer and also a fitness manager for new york sports clubs. I have trained and helped develop other personal trainers. I am leaving the roll as a manager and now will focus on taking on new clients looking to achieve their fitness goals. I am also a professional natural bodybuilder. I create meal plans based of what clients like to eat and also create workout programs for all clients.

i have plenty of favorite stories but on will have to be my client Danielle who was one of my clients in rego park new york sports clubs. Danielle came to me and followed my program for 6 months and lost 45lbs working with me only once per week.
another is my client Rocco who i still train from whitestone. Rocco came to me because he was out of shape and was considering using steroids because he did not know what to do to get in shape. i told Rocco that you did not need any drugs to get there and showed him how. he also had constant shoulder pain and most no mobility in his shoulder due to bone spurs. Rocco is now in the best shape of his life at the age of 50 and still going (ask for pictures)
