Hi! I'm NASM Certified Personal Trainer, fitness instructor, and wellness coach from Brooklyn, NY. I began her fitness journey over 10 years ago, while working to lose the 75 pounds I gained during pregnancy (yes, I was 202 lbs and became determined to drop the weight.)
My expertise, infectious personality, and genuine desire to help people meet their goals has allowed me to create effective, individualized exercise programs for personal training clients. Princess is an excellent personal trainer and health coach. Her holistic approach to fitness helped me overcome a lot of the fears that had previously kept me from achieving my fitness goals. After training with her for several months I became stronger both physically and mentally. Princess also equipped me with dietary tips that helped me eliminate the eating habits that had derailed past weight loss efforts. She’s extremely knowledgeable and she reverse engineers your “weight loss journey” by creating a wellness strategy based on several factors including BMI, Body Type, Goals, Diet , lifestyle etc. Princess helped me correct my form before moving me forward in her program. I didn’t realize how much form affects your results. I literally signed up for a Fitness and Wellness Coach rather then a trainer. Her program is extremely interactive , intense and hands on, but most importantly impactful and impressive. No Cap - spending time with Princess Changed my life, and no I’m not being paid to say this. Follow my journey on her page- she’s gone with me to the supermarket; showed me how to prepare alternative comfort meals like Sweet potato Lasagna - it’s just way too much to write and my thumbs are exhausted but bottom line. If you’re at that point in your life, journey and or mind, when you’re ready to make a lifestyle change; you have to give her program a try. You absolutely will not regret it, and to be honest this review doesn’t do her service any justice.

If you’re at a point in your life where you’re ready to get in shape but not sure if a personal trainer would be worth the investment, I’m here to tell you that it depends on who you choose (and whether you are ready to put in the work). I’ve had a few trainers throughout my life. All were good. But Slayfit by Princess has been the best choice I’ve made, hands-down, for three reasons: 1. She meets you where you’re at, literally! She works hard to fit into YOUR schedule; will even come to you, and she tailors her fitness regimens to fit your personality, your strengths and your weaknesses; 2. She’s into whole body health. She’ll start by assessing your diet and lifestyle, focusing more on overall fitness and strength while educating you about how you can continue and maintain, long after she’s gone; and 3. She’s crazy funny and fun! Oh, and let me not forget to mention results: In 6 months, I lost 30 pounds (I went from 178 to 148). Oh yes, she slayed!
