I am a former professional football player, now highly accomplished Certified Personal Trainer and Strength Coach with a huge passion for fitness and sports performance. As a former professional football player, I have leveraged my personal experiences and extensive education to develop innovative training programs that have transformed the lives of over 2,000 athletes (everybody is an athlete to me) across the world!

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, which has provided me with an in-depth understanding of human movement and physical capabilities. This knowledge base, combined with an insatiable thirst for learning, has led me to obtain over 6 prestigious certifications, including the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Precision Nutrition, and Functional Movement Systems (FMS). My diverse skill set ensures that my clients receive tailored coaching that factors in their unique needs and goals, while also maximizing injury prevention and performance optimization.

Throughout my career, I have honed my ability to adapt my training methodologies and stay up-to-date with the latest research and technology developments. My commitment to continuous professional growth has made me a sought-after trainer, both at the gym and through online coaching programs.
