Hey, my name is Maurice McLean. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I started my fitness career because I want to help make a change in people’s lives. During my years of fitness I’ve had deal with my own battles. Fighting with Ulcerative Colitis, depression, and stress to name a few. I found out that exercise and was the best medicine anyone could ever ask for. I provide my clients with a safe, healthy and fun way to improve their health, mood, and body composition. Thru out my years of training I’ve trained over 200 clients. I’ve been in the fitness industry for the past 5 years. I spent the last 2 1/2 years working @ NYSC in the Financial District before branching off and started my own personal training business. My time there I’ve trainer a variety of different clients with a variety of fitness goals. As of right now I am a group fitness instructor and small group trainer at Life Time Athletic Resort, one of the biggest luxury fitness companies in the country! I teach Strictly Strength, HIIT, Core, Ringside (boxing conditioning), Strength & Conditioning, and many others.
I specialize in weight loss and muscle gain but, I’m also skilled in many different areas of fitness. I’m stretching, pre/post natal, and boxing trainer level 1 & 2 certified. I’ve helped clients get ready for events such as races, sporting events, weddings etc. I love to help people see change for the better in their emotional and physical well being. It's an honor and a pleasure to help my clients see their results thru my training, stretching techniques, and nutrition teaching. As your personal trainer my #1 priority is to help you achieve all your fitness and health goals customized personally for you!
