As a performer, I have to make sure I am confident walking in any room. This means I have to be in the best physical shape I can be, while knowing that I can survive any conditioning thrown at me. I have battled through many different injuries, illnesses, and obstacles, and now come away from all of them with a renewed knowledge of how to prevent and treat them. Whether it’s prepping for an event, losing weight/gaining muscle, or injury rehabilitation, I can guarantee I will help you achieve whatever goal we set in a systemized and efficient manner.
