I have been training since I was thirteen (13) years old. ISSA Certified Personal Trainer .I have had over twenty (20) years of experience in Health & Fitness .I have pushed the boundaries in my own personal fitness,by balancing resistance, cardiovascular & flexibility training , which has helped me to developed sensible, creative and attainable programs for all different body types, so that my clients can get the correct advice as well as have fun and see there result in a shorter period .My experience working with chiropractors and studying sports massage, also has helped me to know what can affect muscles to cause many different pains, and how to manipulate the body through range of motion (R.O.M) in order for better recovery and great looking muscle tone, in a shorter period of time. My Client Emily ,never liked working out. after having six different personal Trainers who just gave her workout to do without proper instructions even thought she told them she had been having chronic back pain for years ,(which cause her to not like working out) and did not know why. When she came to me and told me about her back ,my curiosity and need to fix a problem was arose. So I asked her question about when she felt much sore ,she said in the morning when she got up. So I suggested getting a memory foam topping for her bed. After a week,I asked how she was feeling,she said er back feels so good and se never thought she would ever felt like this anymore,not having to go through a day without pain. She has been training with me ever since .

Try everything until you find what works for you. Some individuals are practical and some are theoretical, which requires understanding each clients ability and approach.
My training experience
As a kid I was overweight and it was very uncomfortable. I eventually started doing weight training and it made me feel better. I eventually started running and added some martial arts to my training and I have incorporate my experience, starting out, into my training, so that I sense what my clients feel in order to get them through doubts and fear about achieving their goals.

David is a fantastic trainer! I began working with him back in 2013 and was drawn to him because he helped me work closely on my goals and needs, provided real-time feedback and helped me work around my schedule. David did not just go through the motions giving me the same workout as everyone else. This was hugely important to me when considering a long time trainer. Additionally, he helped me focus on flexibility and an overall strength. I still work with David to this day and have never looked back. I worked with David from October of 2015 to July of 2016. I used to be overweight and had back pain which made it hard to exercise. Working with David was easily what helped me the most over my weight loss journey. He watched my form and corrected it when needed, which was fantastic because in exercise correct form makes a difference. Even though he is not my trainer anymore, he still exercises with me and will give me advice. I exercise independently using the exercises and advice he's given me over the year. He's very easy to work with and talk to, and he helped me lose over 40 pounds and 10 inches. I highly recommend using him if you really want great results that last.
