About Jean-Claude
No escaping the fact that weight loss remains the biggest reason people search out for Personal Trainers. An education based program that's mixed with dietary modification and rigorous, intense exercise regimens guarantees results.
MORE TO THE POINT: With the influx of trainers who are claiming to give great results, how do you keep from getting ripped off?
The right trainer can work wonders, the trick is to find someone who is reliable and with the knowledge, skills, abilities, education and experience. Someone who will be able to get you in shape, not just keep you company, for an hour. Ultimately, a truly effective trainer should work himself out of a job by helping you to motivate yourself.

My approach is based on basic movement pattern. We live in a society where we sit more and move less. I look at the body as a whole. I use free weights, cardio, strength, flexibility training to help my clients achieve their goals.
