As a full-time Health and Physical Education teacher, my life truly revolves around staying active, eating well, and finding a healthy balance. I’ve been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer for the past three years and have worked with a variety of clients during that time, helping them build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. My background includes a strong academic foundation with coursework in biomechanics, exercise physiology, and other health-related sciences, which allows me to design programs that are both effective and safe.
I also bring real-life experience to every session. I’ve been weight training consistently since my freshman year of high school, giving me over eight years of hands-on training experience. A typical session with me is structured, motivating, and tailored to your goals—whether that’s weight loss, strength, performance, or simply feeling better in your body. I love working with clients who are ready to learn, challenge themselves, and commit to long-term progress, while still enjoying life along the way.
My goal is for you not to need me forever. I want to give you the knowledge, confidence, and tools to train on your own, make smart decisions, and feel empowered in and out of the gym.
