About Cordis

Sports background growing up, I’ve always been athletic or seeking that next physical challenge. 10+ years of experience, encouraging, empowering, entertaining, and teaching all clients sustainable movement patterns. Building confidence and safety inside and outside of the gym arena. I love to have clients ask questions, provide feedback and help them understand why we should be moving certain ways and efficiency of fluid safe movement patterns. I introduce every year with a new and different fitness goal, to challenge and push myself. Father of two, who loves creating while introducing sustainable habits for clients. I love to create intentional movement patterns that coincide with outside activity of gym. When I’m not coaching I’m spending time with my kids and traveling the Tri-sate for culinary experiences.
