<p>Its amazing to teach someone how to harness their own inner strength to overcome things they never thought they could do for themselves. &nbsp;I love working with and empowering my clients. &nbsp;</p><br><p>&nbsp;</p><br><p>&nbsp;</p><br><p>&nbsp;</p><br><p>I started personal training 11 years ago recognizing that I was very unhappy in my own life and wanted to take control of my own enviornment. &nbsp;I followed my passion for fitness. I started as a martial arts instructor teaching children, even before I moved into fitness fulltime. I graduated to teaching martial arts to adults while competing myself in local martial arts tournaments. &nbsp;I tore my ACL and meniscus in a skiing accident in &nbsp;2010 and then turned to fitness full time. &nbsp;After recuperating from surgery, 8 months of learning to walk, run and move all over again, I began my journey into multisport events. &nbsp;I have completed a number of triathlons from sprint distance to half ironman.</p><br><p>&nbsp;</p><br><p>&nbsp;</p><br><p>&nbsp;</p><br><p>I wanted to take my clients further on their journey and became an ACE certified health coach in 2017. So I understand the dedication and work that it takes to accomplish fitness goals. I believe in a progressive approach - we begin with a thorough assessment and movement/postural screen. We discuss your goals, habits, and current regimen. From there, we plan a program that works for you - in terms of frequency, efficiency, and applicable behavior modification. I believe that we train for health first, aesthetics will always follow. It's important for you, the client, to feel comfortable with your program, and maybe even have some fun with it. Most importantly, you need to see results. We continue to assess every 6 - 8 weeks until we achieve your goals, and afterward for maintaining them.
